Use this page when you see a factual error, outdated source, unclear provider label, privacy concern, or accessibility problem.

Corrections are part of how Placiva stays useful. You do not need to write a formal notice. A clear email with the page URL and the issue is enough.

What to report

A factual claim that appears wrong, unsupported, or outdated.
A cost range, safety statement, rule, or source that no longer matches a reliable current source.
A provider label that is confusing, missing, or appears to overstate verification.
A privacy request, deletion request, consent concern, or unwanted contact concern.
An accessibility barrier that makes a page, tool, form, or document hard to use.

What to include

The page URL.
The exact sentence, table row, label, image, or form step you are concerned about.
A source or explanation if you have one.
Whether the issue affects privacy, safety, accessibility, or a provider relationship.
The email address where Placiva can reply.

What happens next

Placiva may update the page, add a clearer limitation, replace a source, remove a claim, adjust a provider label, fix a form issue, or leave the page unchanged if the current wording is still supported.

Privacy, accessibility, and safety-sensitive issues should receive priority over ordinary wording improvements.

What a correction cannot do

It cannot create emergency support.
It cannot verify a provider for you.
It cannot turn a planning estimate into a quote.
It cannot replace a medical, legal, engineering, licensing, or permitting review.
It cannot force a provider to respond, quote, honor a warranty, or accept a project.
